• Ships to contiguous US only — no Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories

Return Policy

• 30-day return window from date of receipt
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase
• Start a return by emailing simply@culleokacompany.com
• No returns on sale items or gift cards
• Exchanges: return the item first, then place a new order
• Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is inspected and approved
